Data processing is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the data-protection law of Serbia and other applicable regulations in Serbia. In the event of any inconsistency between this policy and applicable laws, statutory provisions shall prevail.

Data we collect

When you fill out the contact form on our website or call us, we collect your first and last name, contact phone number, address where the furniture is located (for on-site visits), and a description of the requested work. We do not collect sensitive personal data or payment card financial details.

Purpose and legal basis for processing

We process your data solely for preparing quotes, scheduling table inspection and pickup appointments, completing agreed work, and issuing invoices. The legal basis for processing is taking steps at your request prior to entering into an agreement and executing the craft services contract itself.

Data retention period

We keep data collected via the contact form only as long as necessary to prepare a quote and communicate, and for up to six months if an agreement is not reached. Data on issued invoices is retained in accordance with the tax regulations of the Republic of Serbia governing financial records.

Data access and third parties

Access to your data is limited strictly to workshop staff responsible for job organization, furniture transport, and accounting. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes, except when required by law before public authorities.

Your data rights

You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you at any time, to correct inaccurate details, or to request deletion if the processing purpose no longer applies. You can submit a request verbally or in writing to our address, and we will respond within 30 days.
