Cancellation window

You can submit a cancellation by phone or in writing up to 24 hours before your appointment, and cancellation is free. In the case of a later cancellation, only actual expenses for timber already cut or materials purchased in accordance with the quote may be charged.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling an appointment is free of charge. We will provide the next available slot for carpentry work within one business day.

Eligibility criteria for a refund

A full refund of the amount paid is issued if we cancel, cannot deliver according to the specification, or if the finished table does not match the quote and we cannot correct the defect within a reasonable timeframe.

• An advance payment made for the purchase of timber cannot be refunded if the timber has already been cut to the specified dimensions before cancellation.
• If you cancel the service before dedicated materials are purchased, the advance payment is refunded in full.
• In the event of cancellation during restoration work, the client pays only for the labor hours and materials used up to the point of work stoppage.
• Refunds are not possible after the client signs the acceptance certificate and confirms that the work has been completed in accordance with the agreement.

Refund request procedure

1. Notify us by phone or written message regarding the reason for cancellation or your refund request
2. Provide your bank account details if the payment was made via bank transfer
3. The workshop calculates the actual costs and refunds the remaining amount

Timeline

Refundable funds are transferred to your bank account within five business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
